How much does international shipping costs?

We ship worldwide for free! Orders over 700€ include free express shipping.

If the shipping address provided is incorrect, or the shipment is returned to us for any other reason, we will charge a flat rate of 10€ for reshipping silver jewelry.

If items with a value of more than €700 need to be reshipped or if you chose express shipping when placing your order, a flat rate equal to the cost of express shipping to your destination will apply for reshipping.

In the event that a new shipment is necessary, you will receive an invoice from us. After the payment of the invoice, we will ship your jewelry again.

Please make sure that your shipping address and phone number are correct to avoid extra fees. Please double check that your Paypal shipping address is up to date (if you paid with Paypal).

Make sure to check the tracking link regularly so that you can receive your shipment without delay.

The flat rate for reshipment does NOT apply if your jewelry is lost in the mail (fortunately this is extremely rare.)
